Sometimes using sofware applications are difficult to grasp and "abstract" concepts can be a little overwelming. If this is the case, you neednt  stuggle alone, this is where a little one-to-one in plain simple english, and I can help with any of the following:

 

* Using your Word Processor - Writing a letter or a simple document, formatting etc.

* Using email to get in touch with distant friends and family...

* Where to start on the Internet; good starting sites & how to use your browser effectively.

* How to be secure on the internet, advice for buying online and internet banking.

* Organising & getting photos off your digital camera.

* Sending a photo via email.

* Scanning & printing photos - getting the best professional results.

* Setting up a video-chat with friends or family using a web-cam with Skype.

Whatever your needs, I can help with any, or all of these issues in short, bite-sized tutorial sessions, where I will let you take control and learn as much or as little as you want. And if need be we can set up a regular weekly programme to help you practice and keep your computer literacy up-to-date.
